Born in London and native of the Caribbean, Renn, singer and songwriter, arrived in France in 2015 with texts and songs, but especially with the desire to create a project in a Soul vein.

Having shared the stage alongside Basement Jaxx, Anastasia, De la Soul or Michelle N'degeo Cello, Renn is immersed in a world of soul, groove and urban music.

On the other side of the Channel, at the edge of the Loire, in Tours, Thomas & Mathieu Burgot, are looking for a new breath for their compositions written in the Soul & Old school spirit.

Immediately  jam sessions began, the desire to mix all their influences and create authentic music was inevitable, Revivor was born.

In 2015 they released their first EP "Smokin'sessions", recorded between London and Tours in self-production. This 4 tracks receives a warm welcome from the public and the actors of the music scene in the Center - Val de Loire district. These positive and encouraging returns allow them, accompanied by Mogan Cornebert on drums, to organize and perform on several stages and festivals, and to make the first parts of renowned artists of the international Soul scene such as Martha High, Lee Fields , LA Salami ...

In 2018, the second EP "Shake Them Blues" comes out, still self-production. This album, quickly entered in playlist of many radios and web radio, announces a luxuriant urban soul.

The  vocals surf the resonating waves from the 70's Hammond organ, igniting the way for eclectic guitar with an underlay of infectious beats.

With this formula drenched in funk, blues n soul gazoline, Revivor offers a rich and simple universe, a modern roots, groove, hypnotic and sensual.

Currently, Revivor is preparing for the scene in 2019, and continues its structuration : distribution, label, residencies, videos .....
